When will I get paid?
You can request payment once your commissions have reached $25.00 USD.
All payment requests are processed and issued at the beginning of the following month. The cutoff time to make your request is at 11:59:59 EST on the last day of the month, as long as your earnings for that period have reached the minimum payout amount of $25.00 USD. Payments should be requested once a month.
Once a payment request has been processed, your Payable Earnings will be re-set to zero. You must accrue the minimum payout amount of $25.00 USD again before making your next request.
How do I request my earnings?
On the main page under 'Commissions' in your account, you will see the 'Payment Preferences' area.
Once you have earned more than $25 USD in commissions, you will see options that allow you to request payout of your commissions via PayPal or MoneyBookers/Skrill.
Select (or edit) the payment email address for electronic payments to be sent to an existing verified PayPal or MoneyBookers/Skrill account by clicking on the button next to your choice. Then, simply click the 'Request Commissions' button and your request will be sent to us.
What payment methods do you offer for receiving commissions?
When you make a request to receive your earned commissions, your options are by electronic transfer with Paypal or Moneybookers/Skrill. These options are located under 'Payment Preferences' on the main Commissions section in your account. The benefits of receiving electronic payments include receiving a secure payment faster and with easier payment tracking should a problem occur. You can make a request for payment of your commissions once your payable earnings have reached $25.00 USD.
Electronic Transfer to PayPal: You will need to establish a PayPal account that is verified, active, and able to receive U.S. funds before you request your Bigstock commissions.

What is the minimum earnings payment amount I can receive?
Unfortunately, our payment system is automated and cannot be altered for individual requests. Only once a contributor has earned more than $25 USD in commissions that have cleared any wait period, will the options that allow requests for payout appear for PayPal or MoneyBookers/Skrill.
How do I convert my commissions into credits?
We no longer convert commissions into credits. The current options for receiving commissions earnings are by electronic transfer to a PayPal or MoneyBookers/Skrill account previously established prior to requesting payment that is able to receive US funds.
These options will appear on the Commissions page of your Bigstock account once you have earned more than $25 USDÂ in commissions.
When can I request my earnings if I am a U.S. contributor?
Before a contributor is able to request commissions, Bigstock is required by the United States Government to determine your tax withholding status through the submission of a Tax Form.
* You will not be able to request earnings until you submit and we approve your Tax Form, available in the Tax Center under the Commissions category in your Bigstock account.
