Can I share an account with someone else?
No. Under no circumstance do we allow contributors to open more than one account, share an account with other individuals, or share content between accounts. If you are found to have more than one account or have shared your account and/or content, you risk immediate and final termination of your account from Bigstock.
What's a Profile Name? Is it my real name?
This is the Copyright name that will accompany your content. As a contributor, we highly recommend that you set this up before you upload your images. This can be your real name or any name you choose, but keep in mind that our customers will see it. You may change your Profile Name at anytime from the main page under My Account.
I forgot my password...Can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot your password? link in the login window. This will prompt you to enter the email address that we have on file for you. A link to reset your password will be sent immediately. Check your spam folder if you didn't receive the email.

What is a Photographer Bio?
You can enter a Photographer Bio, a brief summary about you and your work that the customers can see, under the My Account area. Click on 'Edit Profile' link from the left side menu to enter your information, then be sure to click the Save button.
How do I change my basic account information?
You may update your Full Name, Email Address, Profile Name, and Password at any time from the main page under My Account.
How do I change the address in my account?
Your address cannot be changed from the My Account page. You will need to submit a new Tax Profile, and subsequently a new Tax Form with your new address. See specific details under the Earnings heading here in our Help Center.
