THIS IS A SINGLE USE LICENSE FOR ONE PRODUCT. YOU AGREE TO REPURCHASE EACH IMAGE USED WITHIN YOUR PRODUCT EACH TIME YOU SELL OR DISTRIBUTE A COPY OF YOUR PRODUCT.
In other words if you use a BigStockPhoto.com image of a horse within your product, and you sell or give away this product to 3 people, you must purchase the image of the horse at BigStockPhoto.com three times.
Permitted Uses.
You may:
a. reproduce the image on any tangible non-software, non-electronically distributed type of product such as shirts, hats and other clothing, mugs and other dishware, small promotional items such as calendars, pens, toys, bags, binders, etc.
b. you may alter the image file to suit your visual needs
c. in the normal course of workflow, convey to third parties such as printers a temporary copy of a file that is integral to your work product and without which the product could not be completed.
d. print a copy of the photo for your own use in any size, but you may not resell it, or redistribute it to others in any way.
Acceptable uses include but are not limited to print media, consumer merchandise, clothing, book and album covers, product packaging, advertisements, newsletters, educational materials, and promotional materials. Software or electronically distributed products are a non-acceptable use of this license.
Prohibited Uses.
You may not:
a. use images in any way that constitutes a violation of the rights of individuals such as defamation, intrusion on privacy, misappropriation of likeness, or depiction in a false light.
b. use images in any way that violates civil and criminal laws such as those regulating pornography, obscenity, fraudulent schemes, counterfeiting, espionage, and aid to illicit activities.
c. use the file in any software or electronically distributed product.
d. resell or re-distribute the BigStockPhoto.com electronic image file itself in any way
e. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of a file or accompanying materials except as permitted by law.
f. use any part of an image as a trademark, service mark, logo, or part thereof.
g. remove any copyright or trademark information from any place in the files or accompanying materials.
h. display or post multiple images obtained from the BigStockPhoto.com Website in a size larger than 800 pixels in a stand-alone or gallery format that makes it easy for people to copy, save or steal the photos.
Modification of Photo Usage Agreement
The BigStockPhoto Photo Usage Agreement posted on the BigStockPhoto.com website works in conjunction with this agreement, so they should be followed together, however this agreement supercedes any contradictory passages within the Photo Usage Agreement, in regards to your ability to use the images for the purpose noted above.
All other passages within the BigStockPhoto Photo Usage Agreement remain in full effect, please be sure to read them carefully and to consult legal counsel as needed.
Entire Agreement
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. h. display or post multiple images obtained from the BigStockPhoto.com Website in a size larger than 800 pixels in a stand-alone or gallery format that makes it easy for people to copy, save or steal the photos.
Modification of Photo Usage Agreement
The BigStockPhoto Photo Usage Agreement posted on the BigStockPhoto.com website works in conjunction with this agreement, so they should be followed together, however this agreement supercedes any contradictory passages within the Photo Usage Agreement, in regards to your ability to use the images for the purpose noted above.
All other passages within the BigStockPhoto Photo Usage Agreement remain in full effect, please be sure to read them carefully and to consult legal counsel as needed.
Entire Agreement
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BIGSTOCKPHOTO, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND BIGSTOCKPHOTO RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
BigStockPhoto reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise this Agreement at any time, and such revision shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement at the BigStockPhoto Website. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to become aware of such revisions. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership as provided within the BigStockPhoto Terms of Service agreement. Your continued use of BigStockPhoto following posting of the revised Agreement on the Website shall be deemed to be acceptance of all such revisions.

All photos, art, images or files taken from BigStockPhoto and integrated into said derivative work are still copyrighted by BigStockPhoto or the appropriate content provider. By purchasing a license to use an image file from BigStockPhoto you are not purchasing copyrights to the image file(s) in any way.
THIS IS A SINGLE USE LICENSE FOR ONE PRODUCT. YOU AGREE TO REPURCHASE EACH IMAGE USED WITHIN YOUR PRODUCT EACH TIME YOU SELL OR DISTRIBUTE A COPY OF YOUR PRODUCT.
In other words if you use a BigStockPhoto.com image of a horse within your product, and you sell or give away this product to 3 people, you must purchase the image of the horse at BigStockPhoto.com three times.
Permitted Uses.
You may:
a. reproduce or use the image in any way, NOT ALREADY COVERED BY OTHER BIGSTOCKPHOTO.com licenses. (Please consult with BigStockPhoto staff if you are unsure of whether your need is covered by this license)
b. you may alter the image file to suit your visual needs
c. in the normal course of workflow, convey to third parties such as printers a temporary copy of a file that is integral to your work product and without which the product could not be completed.
d. print a copy of the photo for your own use in any size, but you may not resell it, or redistribute it to others in any way.
Acceptable uses include but are not limited to print media, consumer merchandise, clothing, book and album covers, product packaging, advertisements, newsletters, educational materials, and promotional materials. Software or electronically distributed products are a non-acceptable use of this license.
Prohibited Uses.
You may not:
a. use images in any way that constitutes a violation of the rights of individuals such as defamation, intrusion on privacy, misappropriation of likeness, or depiction in a false light.
b. use images in any way that violates civil and criminal laws such as those regulating pornography, obscenity, fraudulent schemes, counterfeiting, espionage, and aid to illicit activities.
c. use the file in any business that competes with BigStockPhoto.com.
