Bio: I am retired after working for the Department of Defense, as a civillian, for 39 years. I\'ve been interested in photography for a long time. My dream for retirement has always been to persue photography. It\'s my passion. It gives me something to do no matter what time of year or weather condition. I use a Nikon N70 film camera and a Nikon D70 digital. I use an Apple Power Book G4 laptop computer with Adobe Photoshop Element 4. I also use a Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 to convert photos from negatives and posivites into digital formats. Photography for me is fun because of the constant learning curve. I learn new concepts and precedures every day. I know I have a long way to go before I can call myself a photographer but I am relentless in my persuit of that goal.
