Bio:
Hi, Im Lisa F. Young. Gotta use the F because Lisa Young is such a popular name ;).
I have been a full-time professional photographer since 2002. I began by shooting portraits and weddings, but have been shooting mainly commercial and stock photography since 2005.
I believe in using the best equipment and most advanced lighting and post processing techniques to achieve the highest
image quality I can.
For image capture, I am currently shooting with a Canon 5D, 40D and a variety of lenses. The lens I use most often is the Canon 24-70 F2.8L. I use Interfit strobes with softboxes and umbrellas for studio and location lighting.
My goal is to produce fresh, unique and natural looking images. I try to avoid cliches and \\\\\\\"stocky\\\\\\\" looking images.
I shoot mostly people (and some food). Some of my areas of interest are Construction & Blue Collar work, Seniors, Kids & Teens, Medical & Healthcare Issues, and of course Business.
In an effort to get the most realistic images it is important to me to establish a personal relationship with each one of my models. This helps them relax and results in the most natural expressions and poses.
