I have worked my day job as an insurance agent for 25 years, but in the early mornings, late afternoons, evenings and nights I work at photography. I purchased my first camera, a Minolta, in Hong Kong while on R&R in 1970. I used that camera until the wheels fell off. Then came a long dry spell when other intrests took over. In 2000 while on vacation in Europe I started taking pictures again using
a low tech digital, (by today\'s standards), from Kodak. My sister-in-law was going to throw away a 35mm SLR so I took it off her hands, had it rehabed, and now use it often. I now also have a Canon 35mm SLR and recently purchased a Canon Rebel XT digital. My son became interested in photography after getting out of the Army in late 2003 and we have started Sixth Street Studio in Duluth, MN. We do photography and mat and frame pictures, paintings, etc. My son is currently back in Iraq \"on assignment\" with the MN National Guard, but he is still taking pictures. We enjoy all photography and are now expanding into portrait work.
