These templates are for designers that know how to use Photoshop and are comfortable with HTML and web site building. If you don't know how to do these things, you will probably need help from someone who knows about how to put websites together.
What's in a template? Great question - each file you download is a ZIP archive that contains all the design elements, files, code, pieces and parts you need to edit and create a web site: Photoshop source file, HTML page, embedded or stand alone CSS code, GIFs and JPGs, and some font files.
Can I customize the template to fit MY business or MY need? Absolutely. These are all designed with the assumption that you will replace the photos, images, change the company name, insert your logo, insert your own page names, and page text, etc. Any web developer person will know how to do these things. We hope you'll use our BigStockPhoto images when locating replacement images for your site design :-)
Support for these templates: They are free...but we're sorry we do not provide support for them. Again, anyone who knows how to do web site production will know how to use them.

Q: Can I change the colors?
A: Yes! The included Photoshop file is editable. If you have Photoshop and know how to use it, you can change any colors, then re-export the images with the Photoshop export tool.
Q: Do I need to have Photoshop? Do I need to know how to upload files and have website building skills?
A: Yes you really should have these skills, and you will need some program like Photoshop if you want to edit the artwork?
Q: Can you help me make my site or make changes to these templates?
A: We are sorry, we do not support them. We couldn't afford all the time that would be needed to help with these, it ends up getting very complicated and time consuming, so you will need to find a web developer to help you. They will know exactly what to do with these templates and how to change or use them (if they don't, hire a new web developer!).

Q: Can I resell these files or post them online for free?
A: No, absolutely not. That is a violation of use and will result in losing your account and possible legal action. Do not resell or redistribute these files.
Q: How many web pages are included in these templates?
A: Each design has one page design, but what people do is simply replace the content in the middle part of the page to create your About Us, Contact Us, Products, Services, and other pages you may need. The design has room for many page links already, just change them to reflect your own needs. So any web designer person can easily create a large multi-page site with this one design.
